According to the method, different qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the investment efficiency and benefit of a power grid enterprise; management information including the rural power grid investment benefit value, the difference between the non-effective network and the ideal condition of the non-effective network, scale effectiveness distribution and the like is obtained, and a reference basis can be provided for making measures for improving investment benefits and making power grid investment and planning schemes.
