A face spot-fading functional component is prepared by mixing an apple fruit / eryngium maritimum / rosa multiflora callus cell culture extract, a ceratium longissimum extract and sialic acid, wherein the apple fruit / eryngium maritimum / rosa multiflora callus cell culture extract is prepared by using a cell culture technology. The face spot-fading functional component can effectively inhibit generation of melanin, resist pigmentation and oxidation, balance the skin from inside to outside, fade face spots and make the skin fresh and bright.
