The intermediate implant of the implantable prosthetic limb comprises an implant body and a sealing piece, wherein the implant body is provided with a bone cement channel, the implant body comprises a threaded section and an artificial limb connecting section, the outer side wall of the threaded section is provided with an external thread and a limiting groove which are arranged in a crossed manner, the external thread and the limiting groove are both of a spiral structure, the rotation direction of the limiting groove is opposite to that of the external thread, the threaded section is provided with a plurality of first overflow holes formed in the extending direction of the limiting groove at intervals, one end of each first overflow hole penetrates through the channel wall of the bone cement channel and is communicated with the bone cement channel, and the other end of each first overflow hole penetrates through the bottom wall of the limiting groove and is communicated with the limiting groove; and an inlet of the bone cement channel is located at the lower end of the implant body, and the sealing piece is arranged at the inlet of the bone cement channel and blocks the bone cement channel.
