The invention discloses an integrated energy index benchmarking management system based on an SIS system. The integrated energy index benchmarking management system comprises a data acquisition and storage system, a real-time performance calculation system, a model simulation calculation system and a data result display system, and the real-time performance calculation system, the model simulation calculation system and the data result display system are all connected with the data acquisition and storage system. Information is acquired from a field SIS database, and corresponding isolation measures are adopted to perform single data transmission, so that the safe operation of a unit is not influenced; the model is dynamically corrected by using real-time data in the SIS database, and a predicted value can be calculated according to a real-time value; and through big data analysis of real-time data in an SIS database, online and real-time index calculation and benchmarking calculation are carried out, factors and influence degrees influencing the economical efficiency of a unit are tracked online and real-time at the same time in a real-time mode and an interval mode, and operation and management personnel are guided to carry out benchmarking and evaluation work of technical and economic indexes in real time.
