The invention discloses a
solar battery charging device combined with a
mobile phone. The
solar battery charging device comprises a
mobile phone casing, a rotating shaft, a torque spring, a
solar cell, an extraction
electrode and a bypass
diode, wherein a chamber for accommodating the
solar cell is arranged at one end of the
mobile phone casing; the rotating shaft is installed in the chamber, and the torque spring is arranged on the rotating shaft; the
solar cell is a flexible thin-film solar
cell and is wound on the rotating shaft; and the extraction
electrode and the bypass
diode are arranged on the mobile phone casing to form a passage with a mobile phone
electrode seat. When the mobile phone needs to be charged, the thin-film solar
cell is drawn out of the chamber and unfolded to be exposed under light rays, and accordingly charging of the mobile phone is achieved. When the charging is finished, by means of restoring forces of the torque spring, the thin-film solar
cell is rewound on the rotating shaft. The mobile phone involved in the invention represents small size mobile electronic devices with the mobile phone as the main device, and the small size mobile electronic devices comprise MP3, MP4, notebook computers, electronic books and the like.
