The invention provides a multi-main-chain cross-chain method, computer equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: synchronizing each first transaction which needs to call a transfer contract in a first main chain block in sequence when it is monitored that the first main chain generates the first main chain block; executing the following operations on each first transaction: judging whether a transfer contract called by the first transaction is a cross-chain transfer contract; if not, executing the first transaction to update a first state tree of a first main chain on the two-layer network; if yes, executing the first transaction to update a first state tree of a first main chain on the two-layer network and a second state tree of a second main chain to be subjected to chain crossing specified by the first transaction; zero-knowledge proof evidences are generated according to the transaction information of the first transactions in sequence, and first proof data are generated according to the first transactions in sequence and the zero-knowledge proof evidences; and sending the first attestation data to the first main chain and other main chains. According to the invention, double-blossom is prevented on the basis of saving the cost.
