Embodiment Construction

[0020] figure 1 A side view of a first embodiment of a winding machine according to the invention is schematically shown. The illustrated embodiment is shown in an operating state where a number of yarns 12 are wound to form a bobbin 11 . A total of four winding positions are shown in this embodiment. The number of winding positions here is exemplary. This type of winder can have up to 16 side-by-side winding positions.

[0021] The bobbins 11 are wound on long protruding winding spindles 3 . The winding spindle 3 is held together with the second winding spindle 3 in such a way that said winding spindle and the second winding spindle are offset by 180° relative to each other on the winding turret 2 . The winding turntable 2 is rotatably mounted on the machine frame and connected to the turntable drive 15 . The turntable drive 15 is designed, for example, as a chain drive, wherein the chain drive is controlled by a motor. The winding spindle 3 can thus be guided in an alt...

Abstract

The invention relates to a winding machine. The winding machine is used for winding a plurality of yarns into bobbins, and is provided with a winding rotary table which is rotatably mounted on a machine frame and holds two driven winding spindles in a protruding manner. Each winding spindle is fixedly connected to the winding turntable through a shaft support and has a chuck rotatably mounted on the shaft support to receive a winding bobbin and a spool. In this case, a separate drive is assigned to each chuck. In order to obtain a uniform drive without causing vibrations, according to the invention, the drive device is formed by at least two electric motors, each of which is fixedly connected to one of the chucks of the winding spindle by means of a rotor.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a winding machine for winding a plurality of yarns to form bobbins. Background technique [0002] A universal winding machine is known, for example, from DE 10 2016 006 148 A1. [0003] Known winders are used in the melt spinning production of synthetic yarns to form bobbins by winding a number of yarns in a sheet of yarn parallel side by side in a substantially continuous manner. For this purpose, the winding machine has two protrudingly held winding spindles, which are held on a winding turret. The winding turret is rotatably mounted in the frame to guide the winding spindles in an alternating manner in the working area for winding the yarn and in the changing area for doffing of full bobbins. In order to guarantee the strength of the winding spindles even in the long-extended embodiment, each winding spindle has an axle support which is fixedly connected to the winding turret and on which the collets are rotatably ...
