The motor assembling device comprises a motor support positioning clamp, the motor support and an air conditioner motor. The motor support positioning clamp comprises a first support supporting plate, a support guiding block and a motor positioning block. An air conditioner motor opening is formed in the first bracket supporting plate; the support guide blocks are arranged on the two opposite sides of the first support supporting plate. A limiting groove for placing the motor bracket is formed between the first bracket supporting plate and the bracket guide block; a motor positioning block is arranged in the circumferential direction of the air conditioner motor opening, and the shape and the position of the motor positioning block are matched with those of a motor assembling opening in a to-be-placed motor support. The motor support can be positioned by being placed in the limiting groove, the position of the air conditioner motor is limited through the motor positioning block, and therefore the relative position of the motor support and the air conditioner motor is limited.
