The hydraulic driving mechanism comprises a driving oil cylinder and a separating oil cylinder which are connected in series; the driving oil cylinder is connected with the yoke and is used for driving the yoke to slide up and down along the mounting seat; the separation oil cylinder is arranged on the yoke; a four-bar mechanism which can be disconnected in the separation process of the upper ball valve and the lower ball valve is arranged between the valve rod driving shafts of the upper ball valve and the lower ball valve; a shaft sleeve is arranged on the four-bar mechanism and is inserted into a sliding groove horizontally formed in the yoke; the driving oil cylinder drives the four-connecting-rod mechanism to swing through the yoke to achieve synchronous closing of the upper ball valve and the lower ball valve.
