This invention provides a control suture reel, a suture hole
handle, and a ligator, relating to the field of
medical device technology. The control suture reel rotates in a first direction to wind up the suture and drive the working part. It has at least one locking part circumferentially, each locking part comprising a trigger locking position and a pre-tensioning locking position arranged sequentially in opposite directions: when the trigger locking position is locked, the corresponding
ligature loop is released; when the pre-tensioning locking position is locked, the suture is wound up and tensioned. This dual-locking structure achieves
physical separation and timing control of tensioning and triggering, eliminating redundant bending, restoring the straightness of the release suture, and avoiding obstruction of vision and
tissue adhesion. The pre-tensioning stage provides disturbance-free correction of the suture posture, and the triggering stage initiates with low
inertia, significantly suppressing mechanical
tissue damage caused by vibration and slippage. It improves the reliability, safety, and ergonomics of multi-turn sequential release, meeting the needs of high-precision, low-invasive endoscopic
interventional treatment.
