Abstract
The invention provides an ITGA4 gene inhibitor and application of the ITGA4 gene inhibitor in preparation of drugs for treating refractory or recurrent acute myelogenous leukemia, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicines. According to the invention, ITGA4 is found to be a potential treatment target of intractable or recurrent leukemia, so that an inhibitor comprising shRNA (short hairpin ribonucleic acid) and / or a natau monoclonal antibody of which the nucleotide sequence is SEQ ID NO: 1 is selected.
