A vehicle driving challenge system and a corresponding method, comprising a first mobile module (10) configured to register requests from a first driver and subsequently submit corresponding requests to a computer server system (30), a second mobile module (20) configured to register requests from a second driver and subsequently submit corresponding requests to the computer server system (30), the request comprises planned travel route information and location of the first mobile module (10), and wherein the computer server system (30) is configured, upon receipt of said request, to check whether the second driver has requested or indicated to be willing to participate in a driving challenge, and to check whether the second mobile module (20) satisfies a given condition, if the result of the check is positive, to determine whether the second driver is willing to participate in the driving challenge. If so, a co-driving challenge route (50) is determined, and a real-time and simultaneous vehicle driving challenge between the first driver and the second driver along the co-driving challenge route (50) is initiated.
