Embodiment Construction

[0042] In order to make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that the accompanying drawings are all in a very simplified form and are not drawn to scale, and are only used to facilitate and clearly assist the purpose of explaining the embodiments of the present invention. Furthermore, the structures shown in the drawings are often part of the actual structure. In particular, each drawing needs to show different emphases, and sometimes different scales are used. It should also be understood that unless otherwise specified or indicated, the terms "first", "second", "third" and other descriptions in the specification are only used to distinguish various components, elements, steps, etc. in the specification, rather than It is used to represent the logical relationship or sequence relationship am...

Abstract

The invention provides an intravascular stent, an intravascular stent system, a conveying method and a recycling or position adjusting method of the intravascular stent. The intravascular stent can be switched between a compressed state and an expanded state within a first temperature range. The compressed shape memory state is maintained at a second temperature range. When the intravascular stent is recycled or adjusted, liquid and/or gas with the second temperature are/is introduced into the balloon, so that the balloon expands to make contact with the intravascular stent. After the intravascular stent is in contact with the balloon, the intravascular stent is changed into a compressed state under the influence of temperature, then part of liquid and/or gas is released to enable the balloon to contract, and then the intravascular stent is compressed to be in a compressed state capable of being attached to the outer surface of the balloon, so that the intravascular stent synchronously moves along with the balloon to be recycled or adjusted. Therefore, the recovery or position adjustment of the intravascular stent is realized by utilizing the state characteristics of the intravascular stent at the first temperature and the second temperature, so that complications caused by unrecoverability or unadjustability of the intravascular stent can be relieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a vascular stent, a vascular stent system, a method for delivering a vascular stent, and a method for recovering or adjusting the position. Background technique [0002] Cerebral vascular stenosis is an important cause and risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Cerebral vascular stenosis reduces blood flow through the cerebral blood vessels, and brain cells die of ischemia. There are three methods of treatment for cerebral artery stenosis: drug treatment, surgical treatment and vascular stent treatment. If the lumen stenosis is less than 50%, we can take drug therapy, mainly probucol (P), aspirin (A), and statin (S) drugs, this therapy is referred to as PAS therapy. If the vascular stenosis exceeds 50% of the diameter of the vessel, carotid endarterectomy is required or a vascular stent is placed in the stenotic vessel to expand the lumen, so as to achieve th...
