Abstract

The application amount of the blumea oil clathrate compound in mice is 13.89 mg / kg and 6.96 mg / kg, and after the blumea oil clathrate compound is dosed, the inflammatory cytokines in BALF of the mice and the OVA-sIgE level in serum of the mice can be reduced. The total number of leukocytes in mouse BALF (bronchoalveolar lavage fluid) is reduced, and infiltration of lung tissue inflammatory cells and secretion of airway mucus are inhibited. The composition has the advantages of simple preparation process, low toxic and side effects, naturalness, safety and the like. The invention develops a new application of the blumea oil, and provides a new direction for improving the phenomena of many adverse reactions and great toxic and side effects of the current medicines for treating asthma.
