The 700MPa-grade wear-corrosion-resistant steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.069%-0.090% of C, 0.65%-0.93% of Si, 1.18%-1.59% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.018% of P, less than or equal to 0.006% of S, 0.91%-1.48% of Cr, 0.14%-0.24% of Cu, 0.055%-0.091% of Sb, 0.45%-0.65% of W, 0.071%-0.096% of Ti, 0.015%-0.045% of Als, less than or equal to 0.004% of N and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel plate provided by the invention has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and excellent formability, and is suitable for manufacturing lightweight containers.
