Abstract

The invention discloses a dendrobe quality control method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out correlation analysis on the correlation degree between the characteristic peak of a dendrobe oligosaccharide HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) fingerprint spectrum and the anti-inflammatory activity by using a spectrum-effect relationship statistical method; (2) according to an analysis result, obtaining a quality marker capable of being used for dendrobe quality control; and (3) formulating the quality control standard of the dendrobium nobile according to the quality marker.
