A process transmitter (10) is configured to measure a process variable of an industrial process. A housing (12) has a first cavity (42) which houses first transmitter electronic circuitry (50) and provides a barrier (44) between the first transmitter electronic circuitry (50) and second transmitter electronic circuitry (60).
