Abstract

A mobile telephone (1) is provided with an additional plug-in on its SIM card (2a), in the form of a domestic browser (12) with a domestic site (14). When a mobile user wants to access a page, such as an internet page on his telephone, the domestic browser searches a first file in a domestic site (14a) for the page identifier to see if the page is immediately accessible. If it is, then it retrieves the data from a second file in the domestic site another memory (14b) and' executes it for display.
