Abstract

Being installed inside motor vehicle, the disclosed device is composed of controller, memory, input unit, output unit, bus, interfaces (2), (3), (4) as well as IC card for recording information of vehicle and driver. Through bus, memory is connected to the controller. Through interfaces (2), (3), input unit and output unit are connected to bus respectively. Input unit reads out information of vehicle and driver recorded by the IC card, and sends out the information to the controller. Comparing the received information with information stored in memory, the controller recognizes current states of vehicle ID and driver ID. The recognized result and control command are transferred to the output unit, which sends them to information destination of the device. Features are: high capability for anti false, true information, integrated information in real time, good expansibility and convenient transplantation.
