The device comprises a display unit, a user operation interface, a user operating detection unit, a user operating control unit and an electronic book flipping unit. Wherein the user operating interface is a touch sensing device which includes plural sensing units for generating corresponding sensing signal according to user operation; the user operating detection unit detects sensing signal to sequentially generate corresponding operating direction signal; the user operating control unit generates a control signal according to the operating direction signal to control the electronic book flipping unit flips along a certain direction and make the electronic book display in the display unit.
