Abstract

The present invention discloses fast asexual propagation and detoxicated seedling producing process for kudzu vine, including pueraria montana Merr, pueraria lobata Ohwi and pueraria lobata Ohwi. The process adopts kudzu vine stem segment as explant for tissue culture to produce detoxicated seedling, and includes the following steps: selecting explant, preparing culture medium, pre-treating explant through sterilizing, first generation culturing, multiplying cultivation, inducing to root, and hardening off and domestication outside bottle. The cultivation conditions include lighting of 10h-12 hr and temperature of 25 deg.c+ / -2deg.c. The present invention makes it possible to propagate kudzu vine seedling in very high speed.
