The method includes steps: calculating difference values between open circuit voltages of multiple single lithium batteries and referenced open circuit voltage so as to obtain multiple single lithium batteries, in which the said difference values are smaller than a prearranged threshold; according to requirement of quantity of single lithium battery, the obtained multiple single lithium batteries are combined in series and parallel so as to form energy stored lithium battery pile. The invention is important for raising performance, charge-discharge efficiency, prolonging stand-by time and service life of periodic duty of lithium battery pile as well as reinforcing safety and stability.
