The invention is related to device for simplifying complexity of phase demodulator inside equipment of decoding address of depressed indent preset (ADIP), for overcoming error information of demodulation under jiggly wobble signal and providing correct ADIP demodulation. The device includes six parts: (1) phase demodulator; (2) PLL for tracing phase of wobble signal in phase demodulator; (3) based on phase signal to generate cumulated start control signal and discrimination control signal; (4) first bit tester in use for differentiating ADIP data based on whether phase demodulated result is 0 or 1 in phase demodulator; (5) second bit tester in use for differentiating ADIP data when discrimination of first bit tester is not accuracy enough caused by cumulated relevant wobble; (6) wobble counter in use for figures out changing interval of phase modulation when relevant wobble occurs by using ADIP data detected by first and second bit testers.
