Benefits of technology

"The invention is a system that allows computer users to search for real estate service providers by using an aerial image map of a geographic region. The system determines geospatial information and searches a real estate database for service providers associated with the determined search region. The search results can be ranked or ordered based on predetermined criteria, such as the number of closings or showings in the geographic region. The system can also weight the search results based on how recent the service provider's activity was. The technical effect of the invention is to provide a convenient and efficient way for computer users to find real estate service providers in their desired geographic region."
