External composition containing Unsaturated fatty acid or its salt or ester
a technology of unsaturated fatty acids and compositions, applied in the field of external compositions containing unsaturated fatty acids or their salts or ester, can solve the problems of reducing the production of mediators from the aa, oil and fats containing polyunsaturated fatty acids exhibit very low oxidative stability, and have not yet found a decisive cure for allergodermia, etc., to increase the oxidative stability of refined fish oil and reduce the amount of oxygen

examples
[0086] The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but the invention is not limited to the examples.
[0087] In the examples, the following materials were used as the refined fish oil, sesamol, ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, δ-tocopherol, eicosapentaenoic acid ethyl ester, and external base material.
[0088] Refined fish oil (containing 0.5% by weight of δ-tocopherol): DD Oil Type 3 (refined fish oil produced by refining tuna oil to a peroxide value of 5 meq / kg or less, an acid value of 1 or less, and a color Gardner of 3 or less by degumming, deacidification, deodorization, or other process; containing 8% by weight of EPA and 22% by weight of DHA), produced by Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd.
[0089] Refined fish oil (not containing δ-tocopherol): taken as a sample before adding δ-tocopherol in the process of DD Oil Type 3 preparation, produced by Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd.
[0090] Refined fish oil (sardine oil): DD Oil Type 2 (refined fish o...
examples 1 to 7
[0098] Refined fish oil and an antioxidant were added to each external base material shown in FIG. 8 to prepare external compositions. The compositions of Examples 1 to 7 were shown in Tables 1 to 7, respectively. Specifically, 5 g of refined fish oil (sardine oil) containing 0.5% by weight of δ-tocopherol, mixed with the antioxidant preparation of the present invention (1.0% of sesamol+0.5% of ascorbyl palmitate) was slowly added to 95 g of each of the prepared base materials in a nitrogen atmosphere while being mixed in a glass mortar. The resulting mixture was quickly preserved in an aluminium tube in a nitrogen atmosphere. For comparative examples, only the refined fish oil (sardine oil) containing 0.5% by weight of δ-tocopherol was added to each base material.
