Benefits of technology
The apparatus described in the patent has two parts that can be moved by a linear guiding rod, which can reliably and easily close the two parts. The movement is fast and smooth.
Problems solved by technology
However, the processing of plastic materials, for example by injection molding, may be harmful for the environment and dangerous for workers due to an extensive use of solvents and / or adhesives in a number of production steps.
However, a common disadvantage of these production methods is that they are still very complicated and labor intensive.
While the disclosed facility somewhat improves the productivity of the automated manufacture of a shoe sole, the large number of automated manufacturing steps is still costly and difficult to implement.
