Abstract

The present disclosure provides evaluation, inspection, and appraisal systems and methods for properties. The present system enables remote supervision and participation in a third-party inspection wherein a user can direct a remote, local party while viewing the exterior or interior of the property through the application for obtaining visual data, and otherwise observe the property as though present in order to effectively conduct the inspection and establish independence of any interest of the local user. The property evaluation can take into account the received photographic data as well as comparative property data having similar property data to that of the evaluated property.
