This invention discloses the application of the compound pimozide in combination with metronidazole in the preparation of a drug for improving oocyte quality and treating endometriosis-related fertility disorders, belonging to the field of biomedical technology. The efficacy of this invention was verified by constructing mouse models of endometriosis driven by pathogenic *Prevotella bisporus* and mouse models of ovarian endometriosis. Experimental results showed that the combined administration significantly eliminated *Prevotella bisporus* colonizing ectopic lesions, reduced succinic acid content in both eutopic and ectopic lesions, decreased the succinylation level of lysine residue 195 of the ACADVL protein, reduced the fluidity of primary endometrial epithelial cell membranes, reduced the volume and weight of endometriotic lesions, and improved oocyte spermatogenesis, ovulation rate, and litter size. This invention solves the problem that existing therapies cannot simultaneously control endometriosis lesions and protect reproductive function, providing a new, safe, and effective combined treatment option for patients with endometriosis and infertility.
