Paecilomyces lilacinus* in the control of potato nematodes, including the application of *
Paecilomyces lilacinus* inoculum to soil infected or suspected of being infected with potato nematodes. This invention also provides specific primer pairs for
molecular identification of potato nematodes, and a detection kit containing these primer pairs. This invention organically combines flotation enrichment, specific
molecular identification, and biocontrol agent application, achieving precise detection and targeted control of potato nematodes. Pot experiments show that after application of the inoculum of this invention, the
plant height and
branch number of infected potatoes were significantly improved compared to the
untreated control group, effectively alleviating the
inhibitory effect of nematodes on
plant growth. This invention has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, and environmental friendliness, providing an efficient solution for the green control of potato nematodes.
