A plurality of vertical airfoils extends around the circular power takeoff ring, with each of the airfoils being attached to a truck and the power takeoff ring. One or more generators are connected to the power takeoff ring, thereby converting wind generated rotation of the power takeoff ring to electrical energy.

The Multiple Gate Field Effect Transistor structure includes a fin structure made from at least one active semiconductor layer of a silicon on insulator (SOI) structure on a buried insulator of the structure. The Multiple Gate Field Effect Transistor structure also includes an insulator of at least one high-k layer of a material having a dielectric constant that is higher than silicon oxide. This has the advantage that the high-k layer acts as a better etch stop than silicon oxide during formation and cleaning of the fin resulting in a lower recess and undercut effect on the socket of the fin. This leads to a higher stability of the formed fin and enables a smooth finishing of the fin by etching and cleaning steps.

A bracket for mounting one or more paint rollers to the shaft of a paint roller frame. A mounting plate carries a pair of roller engaging members extending normal to the mounting plate on opposite ends thereof, each roller engaging member being formed to rollingly engage an end of a paint roller. A shaft engaging member is located between the pair of roller engaging members and has a shaft opening formed there through of a dimension, and arranged, to pivotally receive the shaft of a paint roller frame. In one embodiment, one or more mini-rollers, with internal roller bearings, are carried on shafts integral with and extending from opposing mounting brackets. In other embodiments, two or three standard paint rollers are carried on members that extend from opposing mounting brackets and are rotatable thereon. In further embodiments, a first roller is formed with a surface material that has sufficient nap or a sufficiently low density or porosity to carry an amount of paint sufficient to cover a desired area of surface to be painted, and a second roller is formed with a surface material of a sufficiently high density to provide a smooth finish to said surface area.

If one of the detectors detects a wafer and the other one does not, an alarm is generated to alert an operator that the wafer is possibly cross slotted in the wafer cassette. Each detector includes a light emitter and a light receiver. The light emitter emits a light beam at an angle to a surface defined by an ideally flat wafer when the wafer is supported by the end effector (the actual wafers do not have to be flat). A preparation method of the sound-absorbing radiation protective paint comprises the steps of: (a) premixing, namely stirring 1 / 2 water, the sodium polycarboxylate dispersant, 1 / 2 defoamer, the mildew preventive, the thickening agent, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the brightening agent at low speed to form colloidal solution; (b) dispersing and grinding, namely adding the titanium white, the barite, the graphite and the iron oxide into the colloidal solution and stirring the solution at high speed to prepare uniform sizing agent; (c) paint mixing, namely adding crylic acid emulsion, the film-forming auxiliary agent and the anti-freeze agent into the sizing agent, uniformly stirring the sizing agent, then dividing the porous modified starch into 1 to 5 parts, and adding the porous modified starch by 1 to 5 times into the mixture for low-speed and uniformly stirring the mixture; and (d) packaging the resulting product.

The invention discloses a green tea processing process, belonging to the technical field of tea processing.
