An apparatus and the method of its operation for rapid prototyping of a three-dimensional object which includes a radiant energy source of a wide beam of radiant energy of suitable intensity and wavelength for curing a layer of photo-curable resin contained in an open vat, a spatial light modulator (SLM) having an array of pixel elements which are individually digitally controllable by a computer, for modulating the radiant energy beam projected from the radiant energy source on a pixel by pixel basis, to form a series of time sequential images of the cross-sectional laminae of the object, an optical system for focusing each image formed by the SLM, one at a time, onto successive layers of photo-curable resin for predetermined exposure times to thereby form stacked laminae of cured resin, each lamina of cured resin being in the shape of a different one of the cross-sectional laminae, and a piston support for lowering each lamina of cured resin after it is formed by the SLM and for depositing a layer of resin corresponding to the thickness of one cross sectional lamina of the three-dimensional object before the step of projecting a new image by the SLM. The SLM, the piston support for lowering, and the optical system operate repeatedly and sequentially until a complete copy of the object is thereby produced.

The present invention relates to a Multiple Gate Field Effect Transistor structure and a method for fabricating same. The Multiple Gate Field Effect Transistor structure includes a fin structure made from at least one active semiconductor layer of a silicon on insulator (SOI) structure on a buried insulator of the structure. The Multiple Gate Field Effect Transistor structure also includes an insulator of at least one high-k layer of a material having a dielectric constant that is higher than silicon oxide. This has the advantage that the high-k layer acts as a better etch stop than silicon oxide during formation and cleaning of the fin resulting in a lower recess and undercut effect on the socket of the fin. This leads to a higher stability of the formed fin and enables a smooth finishing of the fin by etching and cleaning steps.

A preparation method of the sound-absorbing radiation protective paint comprises the steps of: (a) premixing, namely stirring 1/2 water, the sodium polycarboxylate dispersant, 1/2 defoamer, the mildew preventive, the thickening agent, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the brightening agent at low speed to form colloidal solution; (b) dispersing and grinding, namely adding the titanium white, the barite, the graphite and the iron oxide into the colloidal solution and stirring the solution at high speed to prepare uniform sizing agent; (c) paint mixing, namely adding crylic acid emulsion, the film-forming auxiliary agent and the anti-freeze agent into the sizing agent, uniformly stirring the sizing agent, then dividing the porous modified starch into 1 to 5 parts, and adding the porous modified starch by 1 to 5 times into the mixture for low-speed and uniformly stirring the mixture; and (d) packaging the resulting product.
