According to the invention, a multi-sectional structure is employed, wherein a plurality of reactors are connected in parallel in each section. A plate micro-net assembly with side-discharge of water is employed for separating the impurities from sewage. An automatic physical cleaning device is used for performing on-line automatic cleaning to the micro-net. Because water flow in a cleaning assembly is stirred continuously, the liquid in the whole reactor can be fully mixed, thereby avoiding accumulation of the impurities in the reactor. In addition, an aeration unit can be omitted according to requirements. The method is high in recycle rate of sewage, is good in treatment effect and is high in automation degree.
