The invention discloses a simple method for preparing nano-silver by means of microalgae. According to the simple method for preparing nano-silver by means of microalgae, a solution of chlorella or limnothrix or scenedesmus quaclricauda is centrifuged, algal cells are deposited and re-suspended in sterilized deionized water, ice-bathing and breaking are conducted by placing the sterilized deionized water containing the algal cells under ultrasonic waves, breaking is conducted for three to ten minutes under the condition that the output power ranges from 150 W to 200 W, centrifugation is conducted, algal sediment is removed, silver nitrate is added to the algal solution, the concentration of silver ions ranges from 5 microgram/mL to 100 microgram/mL, the oscillation reaction is conducted for one to five hours by placing the mixture on a water bath shaker at the temperature of 20-40 DEG C, and then a nano-silver solution is obtained by conducting ultrasonic treatment and membrane filtering. According to the method, nano-silver particles are prepared by means of microalgae, the preparation method is simple, easy to implement, high in operability and low in cost, no toxic and harmful substance is discharged into the environment during preparation, and the method is a simple and environmental-friendly technique for preparing nano-silver.
