[0009] The pebble bed high temperature gas-cooled reactor fuel element distributor proposed by the present invention, as shown in Figure 1, includes two positioning pistons 1 and 10, two reversing pistons 2 and 9, a rotating module 4, a hand wheel 6 and a valve core 8 .
