Abstract

The invention discloses a method for attaining the information of mobile phone location, which builds the correlation between the location code and the actual location information in advance. Said method at least comprises following steps: the MSC of communication system base station receives the service request from the inquiring mobile phone and inquires the location code of the inquired mobile phone; the MSC inquires the actual location information of inquired mobile phone in said correlation according to the location code of said inquired mobile phone, and via the BSC transmits the service request response information to the inquiring mobile phone while sending the actual location information of inquired mobile phone to inform the inquiring mobile phone. With said provided method, the user can real-time attain the present actual location information of other mobile phones. The invention is realized on the core network electrical device with lower cost, better stability and Qos, which do not need the support of special mobile phone and apply the spreading of service.
