Aspects in context with the dynamic output management via output channels like print centers (34) and automatic e-mail agents (32) are described. According to one aspect of the invention a selection device is provided that comprises access to a data pool (20) with data records that include at least contact information. The data pool (20) is structured in accordance with a hierarchical authorization scheme.
