Abstract

A video monitoring method comprises steps as follows: requesting a MRF as a monitoring device to initiate video monitoring services for a first user terminal which has abilities of bi-directional video session and IMS network connection; establishing a video session between the MRF and the first user terminal using an IMS network, the video session includes video signals adopted from the first user terminal as video collection and an uploading device and transmitted to the MRF; it may further comprise that the MRF monitors video signals, and informs a second user terminal presetted if an abnormality is detected. Also a relevant video monitoring device is provided.
