Problems solved by technology

[0003] This high-altitude disintegration process requires the use of tower cranes or other mechanical tools, which has a relatively large demand for construction machinery and occupies the construction period of other processes
At the same time, it takes a lot of time and manpower to disassemble and reconnect, and because of the high-altitude operation, there is a gap after disassembly, and the risk factor is relatively high

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The method for climbing over obstacles by the building construction climbing system of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0016] Such as figure 1 As shown, the climbing system for building construction of the present invention is set on a building, and obstacles, such as protruding steel beams, are arranged at regular intervals on the surface of the building. The climbing system is mainly composed of a climbing frame 1 and an operating frame 2, which are connected and fixed by several connecting rods. These connecting rods are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction, and each connecting rod is detachable. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, six connecting rods are used, as shown by 31-36 in the figure, wherein the connecting rods 31, 33 are arranged obliquely, while the connecting rods 32, 34-36 are arranged laterally . Corresponding to each connecting rod, the clim...

Abstract

The invention provides a climbing system used in building construction and a method for crossing over a barrier. The climbing system comprises a climbing frame and a handling frame, wherein the climbing frame and the handling frame are connected and fixed with one another through a plurality of tie rods in a detachable mode; and corresponding to each tie rod, the climbing frame and the handling frame are provided with a corresponding fixed element respectively, and the fixed elements are used for connecting and fixing one end of each tie rod; the fixed elements are arranged at interval on an extension direction of the climbing frame or the handling frame. The method comprises the following steps that: when the climbing frame comes across the barrier during lifting, the corresponding tie rod is detached; and when the climbing frame climbs to a height over the barrier, the corresponding tie rod is arranged back. The method can make the climbing system smoothly cross over the barrier without causing the disassembly of the climbing frame and the handing frame, thereby reducing the use of a tower crane or other equipment, reducing the cost in manpower and material resources, and simultaneously improving the security of construction operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of construction and relates to a method for climbing over obstacles in construction. Background technique [0002] During the construction of high-rise buildings, operators often need to climb on the climbing frame to carry out operations. After completing the construction work on a certain floor, the climbing frame is lifted to a higher floor by the climbing formwork jacking device to continue construction. However, due to the structure of the building itself, obstacles such as steel beams may be encountered during the lifting of the climbing frame. The current general solution is to dismantle the blocking part of the climbing frame. Mechanical tools are temporarily fixed, and then the disassembled parts are reconnected after the climbing frame has climbed over obstacles such as steel beams. [0003] This high-altitude disintegration process requires the use of tower cranes or other mechanical tools, which has a rel...
