Abstract

The invention discloses a method for undating the operation state of user terminal under LTE RRC Actice conditions, which particluarly lie in that the basic sends down state undating informatino to UE. Comparing with current technology, the invention eliminates the delay due to the reconfiguration and operations of L3, increases the updating under UE, therefor realizing the variations of service rate and idle radio resource and satisfying the request of delay such as state transitions in LTE system. The invention makes the best use of existing resource with simple application and good compatibility with current system.
