Problems solved by technology

According to reports, when the pesticide exceeds about 40 times the national allowable residue standard, the degradation rate of biological enzymes can reach 90%-98%. In comparison, the degrading bacteria are isolated under a fairly strong selective pressure, and the pure culture method is often used for testing. The degrading bacteria obtained are easily lost in the field or under natural environmental conditions.

Abstract

The plant extract for eliminating organophosphorus pesticide is alliin extracted from garlic or garlicin produced through oxidizing alliin. The plant extract may be mixed with solvent and surfactant to form plant extract composition for eliminating organophosphorus pesticide. Specially, one kind of plant extract composition consists of alliin and / or garlicin in 50 wt%, surfactant sodium dodecyl benzoate or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in 5 wt% and solvent coconut oil diethanolamine in 10 wt%. When it is used, the plant extract composition is diluted by 200-1000 times and sprayed to plant for washing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of reducing pesticide residues, in particular to removing organophosphorus pesticides. Background technique [0002] For decades, the extensive use of traditional chemical pesticides has caused serious threats to global environmental pollution and food safety. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to food safety and the environment. How to eliminate pesticide residues in food and the environment has become a research hotspot all over the world. The elimination of pesticide residues has been studied abroad for decades, and my country has also carried out work in this area since the 1980s, and has made considerable progress. Existing methods for degrading pesticide residues at present include: cleaning methods (including cleaning and peeling methods, clear water immersion washing methods, alkaline water immersion cleaning methods, and cleaning agent clean...
