Abstract

A method for fabricating a PTC heater is provided to reduce a production cost by simplifying a fabrication process and not using a rivet. In a method for fabricating a PTC heater, a longitudinal compression thermal pin is arranged in parallel with a PTC load assembly, a cathode port and a pin guide. The PTC load assembly is prepared between two frames. Two housings are installed on a transport jig installed on both ends of two frames.
