Abstract

The invention discloses a belt gap reference voltage circuit which comprises a reference voltage configuration unit and a voltage regulating configuration unit; wherein the voltage regulating configuration unit comprises an input end, an output end and a first and a second regulating resistances which are cascaded with each other; wherein the output end is positioned between the first regulating resistance and the second regulating resistance; base electrodes of the first transistor unit and the second transistor unit are connected with each other; one end of the first regulating resistance and the second regulating resistance both of which are in tandem is connected with the reference voltage through the input end, and the other end of the first regulating resistance and the second regulating resistance both of which are in tandem is connected with the ground. The belt gap reference voltage circuit in the invention can regulate the proportion of the resistance so that different reference voltages are output; therefore, the reference voltage is guaranteed to lowest drift with temperature.
