An inclined part (112) sets on the other side of the wedge (11) relative to the orbit (3), the top of the inclined part forms inclined to the direction of clipping on the orbit (3). A guide combining part (113) extending horizontally relative to the inclined part locates on a side of the wedge (11) relative to the inclined part (112). The wedge seat (12) is arranged with a support part (121) and a guide keep part (122). The support part (121) sets parallel to the inclined part (112), the guide keep part (122) extends towards the orbit (3) from the support part (121) to the position over the guide combining part (112).
