Problems solved by technology

Resource allocation should start with the resource itself, don't wait until after the event to balance, and work towards the goal of resource balance when allocating resources. Only in this way can the problem of resource balance be fundamentally solved

Embodiment Construction

[0250] The resource allocation subsystem using cross linked list and multiple collections is developed and designed using C++Builder 6.0 under Windows XP operating system. Its system function structure is shown in Figure 1 in the appended drawings. In the "Resource Allocation of Network Diagram" module, a resource balance allocation method is provided. This method considers the resource calendar and breaks the conventional practice. When allocating resources, we strive towards balance, completely solving the contradiction between resource balance and resource shortage, canceling or greatly reducing the adjustment time of resource balance, and improving management efficiency.

Abstract

A method which makes resource allocation by making use of an orthogonal list and multiple collections is provided. As map 1 of the insert maps of the specifications shows, the method selects an orthogonal list as a data structure of a network chart and chooses structure and single chain lists and multiple collections to be data structures to solve the resource allocation. The resource allocation should be started from the resources and can not be waited to be balanced afterwards, and efforts should be made towards the goal of balancing the resources while allocating the resources, and calendars are provided for the resources whether the resources are human resources or scarce device resources, the problem of resource balancing can be completely solved only when every resource calendar is used as uniformly as possible. The method breaks the traditional practice, completely solves the contradiction of resource balancing and resource shortage, cancels or greatly reduces the adjusting time of resource balancing and improves management efficiency.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to resource allocation in project management software. Background technique [0002] The problem of resource balance in project management is a difficult problem. There have been graphical methods and formula judgment methods. No matter whether you use the graphical method or the formula judgment method, the following problems will occur: If the network used is relatively simple, the number of resources that need to be balanced at the same time Rarely, then both the graphical method and the formula judgment method can be used. Because even if the resource calendar has been determined, it is more convenient to modify it. If the network diagram used is complex and there are a large number of resources to be balanced, then the graphical method and formula judgment method are no longer suitable, because this method of post-event balance involves too many resources, and the resource calendar to be modified is too large. Too many, so ...
