[0250] The resource allocation subsystem using cross linked list and multiple collections is developed and designed using C++Builder 6.0 under Windows XP operating system. Its system function structure is shown in Figure 1 in the appended drawings. In the "Resource Allocation of Network Diagram" module, a resource balance allocation method is provided. This method considers the resource calendar and breaks the conventional practice. When allocating resources, we strive towards balance, completely solving the contradiction between resource balance and resource shortage, canceling or greatly reducing the adjustment time of resource balance, and improving management efficiency.
