Abstract

The invention is to efficiently produce a high-performance small-sized magnetic circuit capable of facilitating the insertion of a magnet into a magnetic yoke member. In the inventive magnetic circuit, a plurality of permanent magnet sheets (1), with a partially arced sectional shape, are magnetically absorbed on an inner circumferential surface (4a) of a cylindrical magnetic yoke member (4), andsimultaneously a fold-back portion (4b), adapted to be folded back at a substantially right angle, is formed at one end side of the cylindrical magnetic yoke member (4), and the end surfaces of the permanent magnet sheets (1) are also magnetically absorbed with respect to the fold-back portion (4b). The inventive magnetic circuit is fabricated by magnetically absorbing the permanent magnet sheetswith the partially arced sectional shape (C-shaped permanent magnet sheets 1) to the circumferential surface of a central bar (2) made of magnetic materials, and arranging the magnetic yoke member (4) oppositely to the C-shaped permanent magnet sheets 1 under this conditions; and then drawing the central bar (2) under such condition that the C-shaped permanent magnet sheets 1 are positioned by using a non-magnetic supporting tool (3), and allowing the C-shaped permanent magnet sheets 1 to be magnetically absorbed and fixed on the magnetic yoke member (4).
