Abstract
The invention discloses a biosynthesis gene cluster of Citrinin, which belongs to the microorganism gene technology area. The invention provides ten genes which are related to the biosynthesis Citrinin. The genes are nine modification genes of Citrinin which are ctnD, ctnE, ctnF, ctnG, ctnH, ctnI, orf2, orf3, orf4 and a regulation gene of Citrinin which is ctnR1. The genes, proteins and the antibodies provided by the invention can be used for the detection and development of the compound and protein which are used in medicine, industry and agriculture areas. The invention also provides a way for blocking the biosynthesis of Citrinin.
