The grid tee 11 is generally a main tee of generally conventional construction. Each of the T-joints 11 has a lower flange portion 12 and a generally vertical web or stem 13 which, as usual, includes a reinforcing bulb 14 adjacent its upper edge. Typically, the grid tee is roll formed from a sheet metal stock.
