Abstract

The junction box (100) has a wireless interface (101) for wireless transmission of a transmitting signal to a field device (109) e.g. pressure measuring device, or for wireless reception of a receiving signal from the field device. An interface connector connects the junction box to an interface adapter (103). The wireless interface and the interface connector are coupled with each other in a communicateable manner for the transmission of the receiving signal from the wireless interface to the interface connector. An independent claim is also included for a method for wireless transmission of a signal between a field device and an operator device.
