Problems solved by technology

[0011] However, a problem with the writing instrument according to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2000-65693 is that when the pen tip is exposed to the outside through the slit, ink from the pen tip may smear the portion surrounding the slit.
In addition, because the slit is closed by an auxiliary device that is easily elastically deformed such as a rubber ring, the nib directly contacts the slit, and thus is broken or damaged, and the durability of the writing instrument is relatively poor
The problem with this writing instrument is that the rubber ring is outside the slit so that the rubber ring can be damaged when it comes into contact with foreign objects
Additionally, the slit may become deformed after frequent use of the writing instrument, making it less effective at sealing the nib

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a slide type writing tool having a dryness prevention unit. The writing tool includes a hollow shaft having at a first end thereof a nib hole. A knock part is inserted into an insert hole formed in a second end of the shaft. A cartridge is inserted into the shaft and is integrated with the knock part. A control module is made of an elastic material, such as rubber, and includes an O-ring part coming into close contact with the nib hole, a spherical door having a spherical surface, a tubular holder secured to the cartridge, a first hinge coupling the O-ring part with the spherical door, and a second hinge integrally coupling the spherical door with the holder. First and second springs are provided in the shaft to act elastic restoring force between the control module and the cartridge.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates generally to writing implements, and more particularly to sliding writing implements with drying prevention means arranged so that the nib extends only when the writing implement is in use and retracts into the writing implement when the writing implement is not in use In, sealed in, the nib dispenses the ink supplied by the cartridge. Background technique [0002] Generally, writing implements are classified into fixed writing implements, rotating writing implements, tilting writing implements, and sliding writing implements. Stationary writing instruments are designed so that the refill is fixed and the nib is covered by a cap. Rotary writing instruments are designed so that when part of the barrel is rotated, part of the nib extends out as it travels along the helical tube. Tilt writing instruments are designed so that when part of the barrel is pressed, the refill is extended by a spring. In addition, sliding writin...
