The invention discloses a system structure supporting a multimedia broadcasting multicast business (EMBMS), including: a broadcasting multicast business center for launching controlling signals and bearing services of the multicast of multimedia broadcasting; a system framework amelioration gateway (SAE GW) for receiving the multicast business data and the controlling signals of the multimedia broadcasting or business data from other networks and transmitting the received business data and the controlling signals; a broadcasting multicast management entity (BME) for receiving, processing and transmitting the controlling signals of the multimedia broadcasting multicast business and ascertaining an intensifying base station (eNodeB) which is required to receive the signals according to each multimedia broadcasting multicast business; a multicast user plane entity (mUPE) for receiving the multicast business data of the multimedia broadcasting, processing the multicast business data of the received multimedia broadcasting in an evaluated nucleus network and transmitting the processed multicast business data of the multimedia broadcasting to downstream nodes.
