Abstract

The present invention provides a method of transmitting high and low code stream synchronously in TD-SCDMA system, improving the spectrum efficiency of channel. The technical solution is that the method includes: a transmitting course: dividing a program source into two parts to process code; a low code stream and a residual code stream, forming a high code stream, the low code stream is subset of the high code stream; the low code stream and the residual code stream are integrated to the high code stream, transmitting outwards after an air interface by constellation modulation modulating by a qam; and a receiving course: receiving signal by the air interface, if the low code stream is received, the received signal is demodulated by the subset of the constellation modulated by the qam, the modulated low code stream is coded to the low code stream program; if the high code stream is received, the received signal is demodulated by the constellation modulated by the qam, the demodulated low code stream and the residual code stream are coded respectively and two coded results are integrated to a high code stream program.
